II. The main structure with spec
1. Wire part
20 m fourdrinier table covered with stainless steel board, head box made of (304)stainless steel. Vacuum couch roll 900mm×4000mm×4600mm,made by stainless steel .
2. Press part
2 sets of press rolls in large diameter. Top roll: 2 pcs of natural marble roll at 1350mm×4000mm×4600mm. Bottom roll: 2 pcs of rubber roll at 1350mm×4000mm×4600mm, rubber shore hardness 95ºC±2, with pneumatic pressure device, 8 sets pneumatic felt adjusting device, and 8 sets electric felt tightening device.
3. Dryer part
26 pcs of 1800mm×4000mm×4600mm alloy dryer cylinder with 26pcs of blade.
1 set 3600mm sizing machine,the sizing roll.
